I really don't know anything about these so only tested briefly, lamp does flash and is adjustable, no further testing for accuracy or any other functions so listed as "Parts or Not Working", I consider it to be a collectible item only. Has general wear and tear and is missing the lens cover. May or may not include power cord, I have a few of these listed and only 2 cords so will include with first 2 sold.
