Description
This is a wonderful vintage mens formal wear tuxedo suit dating to the late 50s or very early 60s.The suit is made in black with padded shoulders, shawl lapels, jetted side pockets, chest pocket, single button closure and with three buttons at either cuff.
The shawl collar and cuffs are in faille (fine grosgrain) and there is a satin and faille stripe down either leg.
It is half lined in black satin viscose.
The pants to this formal wear tux have a pleated front, metal zipper fly, a pocket built into either side and two back pockets.

J.M. Clement was founded in 1938, registered in 1958 and still exists today, but as a retailer of baby and kids’ clothes.
