12 pages of Russell Hull's Cover Up products. Post marked 1986 (.12 cents to mail) It was folded in half to mail but after 35 years under a pile of magazine's
it is flat again. Also has a bluish advertising addition which came with it.

Mailed in envelope with stiffener.
