He is approx. 13" long. He takes 3 AA batteries (not included). He is mostly blue with a colorful design on his feet. The top plastic shell is blue and star cutouts. He has 3 buttons on top. One chooses which color light you want (blue, red, or green). The second button he plays music and nature sounds. The third is volume. You can do lights or music or both. On his battery box he has a slide switch for off, and either 15, 30, or 45 minutes settings.
