    Description

    This allows you to produce a local 0.1, 1, 5 or 10 MHz frequency reference that is phase locked to WWVB, or alternately, compare a local frequency reference to WWVB. Note that since it predates the recent WWVB BPSK modulation modification you will need to add one of the various "WWVB Dephasor" circuits to it. Includes high performance internal frequency standard. Not tested.
