    How To Enter Pairing Mode On Your Sony WF-1000XM3
    1) Fully charge both units in the charging case for initial pairing process.
    2) Wear both left and right side earbuds, if the headset has no pairing information already - it will enter pairing mode. If it does not enter pairing mode you have to hold your fingers to touch the sensors on both left & right units for about 7 seconds.
    3) From there you can now turn on bluetooth and select Sony WF-1000XM3 from your list.
