About Sony RDP-M5iP Portable Speaker for iPod and iPhone.The Sony RDP-M5iP Portable Speaker for iPod + iPhone (Silver) features dual 2W stereo speakers that bring your music to life with a rich depth of clarity across both high and low frequencies. Besides the iPod/iPhone dock, Sony has integrated a 3.5 mm auxiliary line-in for connecting alternate MP3 players, CD players and other audio devices. The RDP-M5iP is a convenient device as well. The Apple 30-pin digital dock interface charges your iPod/iPhone while it's hooked-up and the RDP-M5iP is compatible with several iPod models. For iPhone compatibility, Sony includes three Universal Dock Adapters for the iPhone, iPhone 3G/3GS and iPhone 4. As an added measure of convenience, the RDP-M5iP comes with a full-function Remote Commander, which affords wireless control of your iPod/iPhone from across the room. Standard Return Policy:
◎ You may return merchandise purchased from D' 1 Stop Shop L.A for a refund or a replacement provided that the procedures and requirements
are followed. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or RMA. An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days
after the date of purchase. An RMA number is valid for 5 calendar days after it is issued.

Refunds
◎ A processing fee of 20 percent will apply to the value of the merchandise returned for a refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method

not the shipping cost. On items with free shipping returned for a refund, the original shipping cost that we paid the shipping courier will be deducted
from your refund.
Exchanges

Defective Merchandise

Damaged Merchandise

please contact us immediately as we must be informed within 3 calendar days from the date of receipt for all damage/shipping related claims.
Damaged merchandise can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return damaged merchandise for a refund; however, a 15 percent
processing fee will apply. The processing fee will only apply if you choose to return the merchandise for a refund. No fee will be assessed if we are
permitted to resolve the issue by replacing your damaged merchandise.

which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.If an item you received is defective, we will definitely replace the
