    Description

ROCKET ENGINE - LAST ONE!!!! Single Chamber of the famous LR-11 Including actual Run Tanks as pictured to hot test your rocket engine.  One Metric Ton Thrust, LOx-Ethyl Alcohol, X-1, X-15,Manned Rocket Planes, GUARANTEED Fully Functional Liquid  Rocket Engine, Historic and iconic rocket engine used in such historic programs as the X-1(Chuck Yeager X-1,first pic), X-15, X-24
Manned Rocket Planes as well as the
    MX-774 unmanned rocket forerunner to
the Atlas ICBM. Used in clusters of 4 and 8, is designated an LR-11 when clustered in a diamond pattern and LR-8 in a square as in the D-558 rocket plane. P/N A1860-81.  22" Long (w/o LOx check) 6" OD (w/o fuel inlet elbow), 28 Lbs., 80/1 Thrust/weight ratio. Shock Diamonds Galore, absolutely beautiful. I conducted all static hot firings in the photos
One metric tone thrust or 10,000 Newtons,10KN.
Liquid Oxygen/75% Ethanol propellants. ISP 190 @ 350 psia. Throat diameter 2.5". Run tanks contain enough LOx and Alcohol to operate your rocket engine for almost 20 seconds at it's rated 1500 Lbs. thrust and with the correct volumetric O/F ratio of 1/1 for watered ethanol.
    Pure Nickel combustion chamber,
    Stainless Steel outer wall,
double helix cooling jacket, 20 feet per second coolant velocity.
See hot firing videos on YouTube I conducted at El Mirage including the following YouTube:video:

Look also for additional YouTube video's at Bob Lazar's Desert Blast events.
See Shock Diamonds in last 5 pics.
None of these beauties are left on the market so don't wait for another chance, I'm
not a spring chicken anymore. Winner/Buyer has a 30 day option to tap into my half century experience base
with Bob Truax as my mentor from 1973 until his passing. Other resources available including a welding/machine shop to help you set up, cold
flow and hot fire your newly acquired Rocket Engine leading up to your first hot firing at whatever thrust level you
    desire, from
    1300 to 2500 LbF
. Also can help you design and manufacture your own cavitating venturis to control propellant flow
rates at fixed tank pressures and, for a nominal charge, even fabricate the venturis with that aforementioned fab shop. Can help you locate and hydro-test your propellant run tanks, flight or robust 'battleship' test stand configuration. So much to say, so little space. If you do desire to hot fire this rocket engine I can provide the 'torch' style ignitor as shown in the pics. Has an OFHC copper combustion chamber-nozzle, throat diameter 0.203", conveniently burns same propellants as the engine using vaporized LOx. LOx is  conveniently vaporized in an on-board heat exchanger.  All fun stuff besides educational. What I did as a teen instead of playing sports and watch TV like my peers.
Also pictured is the Hydrogen Peroxide Gas Generator for the LR-11 turbopump used in the X-15 and D558 manned rocket planes, contain over 6 troy Oz of silver as a
catalyst to decompose 90% H2O2 available separately, just inquire.
Yeah, am a rocket nerd with Robert Truax as my main mentor, a notable historic figure I
    learned
the ropes of rocket engineering, those nuances you just don't get in main stream academia. Truax rubbed elbows with Robert Goddard and Werner von Braun, shared stories you don't read in history books. Blessing upon Blessing, so very thankful. My wife tells me to write a book, she's right, no pun.
Call if you want to talk about old school rockets - Ken 5306135283 (no text).
This is the last engine left my friends. Will accept Gold and Silver in most any form including Sterling Silver flatware as payment,partial/full if that helps you.
10% deposit by Pay Pal, balance by cashier check or cash in person, other arrangements coincided.
