Most of our items are purchased as pre-owned items from thrift shops, auctions, estate sales, or garage sales. I don't necessarily even know what the item is but will describe it and photograph it to the best of my ability. My feedback tells me that I do pretty darn good job of giving an honest and accurate description. All major flaws will be noted but I may miss something under the dust and the grime or I simply may not know that part of an item is missing. Again most of these items are pre-owned and you should expect a scratch or a flaw or whatever and don't expect the item to be as good as a new item. Pictures do take precedence over my written description. All items are sold "AS IS" with no guarantees unless specified differently.
