    THIS UNIT IS CASED BUT DOES NOT COME WITH A UNIVERSAL CHARGER.  IT HAS 4 ADAPTERS WHICH FIT INTO THE 17mm TESTER INSERT.   THIS UNIT WILL TEST FROM 1 LBF-IN TO 10 LBF-IN.  REGULAR RETAIL ON THESE IS....
