Being offered is a lag screw type clamp kit for anchoring the base of a cantilever or offset deck umbrella to the wood planks of the deck. You may choose a four-clamp kit if you are looking for economy and faster installation or an eight-clamp kit for a better anchor if you are a belt and suspenders person like me.
The four-clamp kit includes four shiny metal C-shaped rigid clamps, eight 5/16" x 2" lag screws and eight 5/16" flat washers.  The quantities are doubled in the eight-clamp kit.
This kit works with an umbrella base having arms with dimensions approximating and NO GREATER THAN the dimensions shown in the next to last photo. You simply drill 3/16" holes in the deck planks, locate the clamps and secure them with the included lag screws.
In my opinion, these clamps provide far better anchoring than base weights and are far less expensive. In the off-season, I simply remove my umbrella from the base, cover the base with plastic and leave it attached to my deck.
The lag screws included in this kit allow the clamps to be installed quickly and without going beneath the deck. If you have beneath-the-deck access and don't mind a little longer installation time, I recommend the bolt, nut and washer fastening scheme of the kits I have in another listing. That fastening scheme provides a more secure anchor and reduces the danger of deck damage under extremely high wind conditions.
