SHIPPING & HANDLING
I use the least-cost method of shipping (UPS, USPS or FedEx) to get the item to you expediently.
I routinely ship within the same day, no later than 24 hours after the item auction has been paid by the buyer.
I will combine shipping where possible. Insurance is provided for higher cost items – this will be spelled out in the auction details if insurance is provided or not.
I ALWAYS over-package the item to ensure its’ safety and protection.
You can be assured it will be neatly packaged for you.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be provided for packages where feasible.
Items shipped in envelopes or small padded sleeves may not have tracking information since they are mailed with stamps versus purchased/trackable postage via the USPS.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I am not a dealer or retailer; all sales are final, no returns/refunds unless specifically called out in the auction details.
If returns are allowed, I follow EBAY’s suggested return window of 14 days.
