Hand-turn Knob to Fix the Umbrella:
The round base design of this product is big enough to hold the umbrella, features two hand-turn tightening knobs for securing umbrella to the base. Double lock design, one hole inside and one knob outside which could fix your umbrella tight. Plastic inserts on top of steel pipe fit for Φ1.5" (38mm) or Φ1.9"(48mm) umbrella poles.
Rust Proof and Anti-corrosion Material:
Made of durable HDPE material, all weather resistant, steel pipe and would not be corroded easily. It has good solidity and would not let the umbrella tile easily which make makes this item more durable and reliable.

Step 1
Put the tube in the hole.
Step 2
Put the round gasket close on the bottom of base.
Step 3
Insert the wrench into the top of the screw to secure the screw, then put the screw through the base gasket and turn clockwise until the screw is tightened.
Step 4
Put the umbrella pole into the tube and then tighten the screw.

Why have a heavy metal umbrella stand that is difficult to move and may stain the pool/patio surface? This stand has a holding tube for the umbrella shaft that passes completely through the reservoir with a flange securing it to the underside of the reservoir. It is simple to disassemble and put away for the winter. I have not pushed or pulled it about by holding the umbrella shaft.. The reservoir is plastic. So I am inclined to remove the umbrella and drain the reservoir before moving, rather than sliding the stand about fully loaded. The reservoir fits nicely under a low teak table that I purchase on Ebay.
Holds umbrella upright and steady without the need for a table or other support. I am using mine with a 10' diameter market umbrella with a 1.5" diameter aluminum pole. No issues so far with worrying about it being tipped over by a wind gust. With the umbrella deployed it might be possible, but so far so good. If I know it's going to be really blowing out, I try to remember to collapse the umbrella. Once the umbrella is folded and tied there's no chance of it tipping over.
I am so impressed the quality of the umbrella base. 1.Very strong and sturdy. 2.Hold my patio umbrella safe. 3.Very nice shape and design. If you are looking for a base for your umbrella,take this one !!
