The unit powers on and
appears
to function properly while connected to a power source.  However, the internal battery does not hold a charge.
The calibration was good through March 2019.
The display screen is in good working condition
.  All knobs and switches are in good working condition
and respond to menu selections.
The metal casing has scratches (see photo).  All clasps close properly.  Both gauges are in good cosmetic condition.
The overall cosmetic condition of this unit is good with the exception of the scratches on the outside (see photo)
