1928 Ford Model A 2 door sedan at some time in the 80's or 90's was repainted, upholstered, and new top installed at a later date. Also added 16 inch ford wheels. Tube shocks, Radial tires and Signal lights were installed 5-6 yrs ago. The top is in great shape but the front seat upholstery shows signs of use and needs to be restitched. The gas gauge needs a float. Motor is all original except for distributor cap. Motor runs well and always starts even in cold weather. The oil pan leaks and needs a rear seal and pan gasket. Transmission shifts and works in all gears as it should. Lights and all electrical work with original steering wheel switch. Steering has some play. Left front brake chatters when it gets hot.  My knowledge of model A cars is not much but have been told this car is all original except for tires, shocks and signal lights. The paint and body work done on this car is real shabby and needs to be redone. Some rust on the right lower cowl that was painted over but there is no rust on lower doors or body that I can see. It looks as if someone used a brush in places. I have owned this car for about 4 yrs and drove it about 100 miles a year during the Summer months and has always been garaged. Please ask questions before bidding!! The buyer will have to pay for shipping but I can help load on trailer.
