For 1 Professional Custom Website Design using WordPress, Drupal or One Solution CMS. We will contact you within 1 business day regarding your goals for your new or existing site needs. Once the goals have been defined we will begin the design phase of the site. We will send you a design proof as a jpg image to your email address that you provide to us. This will be done with 2-3 business days. If you like what you see, we can begin creating your template for your new or existing site. If you don't like what you see, tell us what design changes you would like us to make and we will send to you another design proof within 2-3 business days depending on what the changes are. If it will take longer we will let you know right away. Once the design proof has been approved, we will get you a new template for your new or existing site within 2-3 weeks depending on how complicated the design is. We allow up to 10 design changes. As part of this package you will also receive a custom logo, if you don't have a logo for your site. This will take between 2-3 business days to get you a draft design for you to approve of. The logo design does not interfere with the design proof that is created. We will just put a generic logo where yours would be located. We will be contacting your through out the process to ensure the site meets your needs. Once the design is set, we will create the first 10 pages for you for no extra charge. You give us the content we put it into the site for you. This content will be completed with 2-3 business days depending on the size of the pages needed. We allow for 10 revision changes with the content. Any other content that is needed, you can create using the point and click interface that the Administrator's part of the site has. After the initial content has been created we push the site to ether your own hosting account or you can purchase hosting from us. We charge a month for hosting the site. If you purchase 1 year of hosting with us, we will give you the hosting for a month. If you don't have a domain yet for your new site you can purchase a domain with us as well. The cost of the domain is a year. If you need other special services like SSL or custom development with PHP we can negotiate the pricing for the custom development that you need. Description of the Final Product:
When the product is completed you will be receiving 1 Professional Custom Website Design, aka template that will follow W3C Standards and will be compatible with the most common browsers out there. It will fully function with IE8+, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari. It will be using HTML 5 for the newest browsers. If you need IE6 and IE7 compatibility let us know right away. We can retro fit it back towards the older standard if needed. It will contain CSS and may have some JavaScript depending on design requirements. These sites should display just fine on a mobile device like the iPhone, iPad, Android and Windows phones and tablets. We can only test on devices we have. If you have any device that we don't have please feel free to inspect the design on that device to insure it will function correctly. As part of this purchase you will receive 1 year of support. This includes all bug fixes that arise during that time. If you would like to have support for more than 1 year we are charging 0 after the first year. This charge pays for not only the support but also any bug fixes and improvements that happen during this time. Each years worth of support we allow you to add 2 design changes to your site. It is highly suggested to purchase this support because bugs can arise at any time and in the future you may want to make design changes. This support really does help you out in the long run. Refunds:
No refunds on shipping charges. If a job is not doable we will refund your money ether fully or partially the amount paid depending on what stage of the work has been done. If you are not satisfied let us know we will attempt to work it out. For a full refund, the design proof ether needs to be not started or not approved. If you approve of the design proof then you will be out 1/4 or 25% of the amount. If the site has been fully designed in a browser and you approve it, then you will be out 1/2 or 50% of the amount. If the content has been created and you approve of it, then you will be out 3/4 or 75% of the amount. Anything further you will not receive a refund for the services done.
Note:
Will only accept full refunds if the service is not doable or has been requested before a design proof has been approved of! This service does not include any web-hosting or a domain. We do have them available as a separate purchase!
Issues With Purchase:
If you have an issue with your purchase, like damaged, non-working order, missing items or various others, please contact us using the eBay messaging system before filing a case against us or filing a return. These create issues for both buyers and sellers. In most cases we can fix your issues without having to go thru this process. Most expensive or easily damageable items like computers and monitors we put insurance on encase of damage. We will work with our buyers to resolve issues.

Founded in 2011. Computer Aid was created with two goals in mind. First is to allow individuals to purchase unique parts for their computers and other electronics. Repair of these items can be very costly, but we offer parts as low as possible as well as advice in how to fix these machines. We want to make it as inexpensive as possible to our customers to fix or repair computers and electronics. We pride ourselves in keeping this cost as low as possible for our customers. Second is making sure that unused computers and electronics don't end up in our landfills. We do this in two ways: the first is by purchasing older computers and electronics so we can remove any good parts from them and resell them; second is by offering these parts to customers at low cost so they don't end up in their local landfill. It is possible to repair and replace many parts of computers and electronics. By repairing them we help ourselves out. We pride ourselves in being very friendly to our environment. In 2013 Computer Aid started to sell services over the internet. We have always done services thru our local shop thought. We always give the best quality service for the lowest possible price. If a product or service doesn't meet your needs let us know we will work it out or give you are refund!
Buyers Notice:
We are not in anyway allow to ship any item to a customer other than to the address that is marked to ship to. This is to protect both Computer Aid and the buyer from fraud. When we ship to a different address it means we have no seller protection which means that you can file any reason for an issue and we will be out of what ever the amount is on the transaction plus any other fees that may occur.
WE WILL NOT SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER
. We will notify eBay and PayPal of this when it occurs to protect our customers from fraud. We will refund the buyer there money as long as the item hasn't had it label paid for and printed. If it occurs after the label has been printed then the item can only be returned at the buyers expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.
